Kayaks & paddleboards included
Below Deck sits right on a calm turquoise canal, so the water is part of every day. Start with what is already at the dock, then let your concierge arrange anything bigger.
Included: kayaks and paddleboards
Take a kayak or paddleboard out from the private dock whenever you like and explore the canal at your own pace. Turtles, rays and fish are regular visitors just off the dock, and early mornings are especially calm.
Kitesurf lessons
Providenciales is one of the best places in the Caribbean to learn kiteboarding, thanks to steady trade winds and the shallow, flat water of Long Bay, close to the villa. Lessons suit complete beginners as well as riders who want to progress.
From $150–200 per hour; packages $500–1,000.

- Scuba diving: reefs, walls and wrecks with trusted local dive operators, including introductory dives.
- Snorkel trips: the best reefs by boat, or tips for the easy spots from shore.

Water safety
We only work with licensed, insured operators. Use reef-safe sunscreen, never stand on coral, and keep a close eye on children wherever there is boat traffic.
